What is the Ethics in Leadership Programme?
As a leader, it’s likely that you were hired based on your performance, work experience and specialist area of expertise. You probably weren’t selected based on your ability to be honest, fair and equal.
Yet creating an environment where employees feel nurtured, engaged, and inspired is the true sign of a good leader.
The Ethics in Leadership Programme is a practical way for leaders at all levels to gain the know-how that’s necessary to transform workplace culture. Over six interactive sessions you’ll learn to see yourself clearly, and you’ll develop the confidence and mindset that’s essential for making significant decisions and driving ethical change.
